GROUP CLASSES

LIFT: (strictly limited to 12 people/class) Weightlifting training tailored to individuals who want to sculpt their body by building a stronger, leaner physique. Classes are broken up into 3 sub-categories, Upper, Lower and Full Body. Recording results on your own program card will ensure you get the best results.
Pull: Working the posterior chain (back of the body muscles) we will be focusing on pull based movements (deadlifts, chin ups rows etc.) engaging our back muscles, glutes and hamstrings.
Push: The opposite of the pull class, working on our chest, shoulders and quads. Think bench press and squats.
Full Body: Push, pull, upper, lower, this session will have a bit of everything.
Hybrid: Hybrid sessions are a mix of metabolic conditioning and modified crossfit designed for all fitness levels. This class will get you into the uncomfortable 70%+ of your maximum heart rate, where your results are created. You will burn fat faster and for a longer part of your day.
Wondering what Metabolic Conditioning and Modified Crossfit are? Metabolic Conditioning: Cardio with intent! Think 1 minute rounds of rowers, ski ergo’s and burpees.
Modified Crossfit: Think lifting Kettlebell’s, Dumbbell’s and Barbell’s with a goal of repetitions and time.
Boxfit: BoxFit is a hybrid bodyweight fitness, conditioning and boxing class. Exclusively designed for Hurt Locker, Box Fit classes combine unique boxing and fitness exercises and techniques to strengthen the body. Be prepared for an intense cardio work out.
Richmond HIIT: This challenging conditioning based workout will unleash you inner athlete, work for short bursts where you will be pushing, pulling, jumping, running and sweating followed by small rests.
