Clay’s love & passion for fitness has made him one of the most enthusiastic & motivated trainers. Clay knows all about hard work & sacrifice, previously a concreter by trade, whilst personal training & training as a CrossFit athlete. He is now offering his knowledge on core strength & conditioning, group training, CrossFit, competitive training, mobility programs and established nutritional based diet.
Clay has lifetime experience in rugby league and played for professionally for Canberra Raiders U20’s 2007-2008 & represented Victoria & Australia in 2013, and now one of the top 100 CrossFit athletes in Australia.
Clay has a huge heart & only wants the best for his clients. His infectious energy radiates onto others through his training & uses positive constructive edge to create self-esteem and self-worth to take into their day to day life & hopefully apply it to their friends & family.
Clay has always gone by the saying “it’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog.” He is a firm believer there is more fight in everyone and he can bring the best out with his training techniques. If you love what you do you never have to work a day in your life!
