BOX FIT: BoxFit is a hybrid bodyweight fitness, conditioning and boxing class. Exclusively designed for Hurt Locker, Box Fit classes combine unique boxing and fitness exercises and techniques to stengthen the body. Be prepared for an intense cardio work out! Suited for All Member Levels.
TRANSFORMERS: Transformers are results-focused, small-group indoor workouts. A series of timer-based resistance circuits to fire up your metabolism and sculpt your body. We use the very best from HIIT, bodybuilding, kettlebells, tabata, TRX, core, bodyweight and plyometric training.

RICHMOND HIIT: Originally designed for obstacle race training, Richmond HIIT will have you pushing, pulling, jumping, running, rowing... sweating. This challenging, conditioning-based workout will unleash your inner athlete and help to get you into the best shape of your life!
